Medical Boons Consultancy coordinates healthcare services through its partner network but does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.
A Carezy Membership may be purchased by any individual who is 18 years of age or above.
Parents or legal guardians may purchase membership on behalf of minor family members.
Members are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and kept up to date.
Membership benefits depend on the selected Carezy Membership Plan.
Unless otherwise specified, every membership remains valid for 365 days from the date of activation.
Membership benefits become available only after successful activation.
Membership is non-transferable unless specifically permitted by Medical Boons Consultancy.
All membership payments are collected by Medical Boons Consultancy.
Membership activation generally takes place within 24 hours after successful payment verification.
Payment confirmation alone does not activate the membership.
Once activated, login credentials for the Carezy App will be sent to the member's registered email address.
Members are responsible for ensuring that their registered email address remains valid and accessible.

Medical Boons Consultancy coordinates healthcare services through independent hospitals, clinics, diagnostic laboratories, imaging centres, doctors, healthcare professionals, and other healthcare partners.
For laboratory investigations, Medical Boons Consultancy may arrange home sample collection through its authorized staff or representatives.
Collected samples are processed, analysed, validated, and reported solely by the respective partner diagnostic laboratory.
Availability of healthcare services depends upon location, appointment availability, operational feasibility, and partner availability.

Medical Boons Consultancy reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership where fraud, misuse, abusive behaviour, false information, or violation of these Terms is identified.
Medical Boons Consultancy makes reasonable efforts to coordinate healthcare services but does not guarantee:
Healthcare services remain subject to the policies and operational availability of the respective healthcare provider.
Medical Boons Consultancy may modify, replace, suspend, discontinue, or update membership benefits, healthcare partners, promotional offers, or operational processes whenever reasonably necessary.
Such changes shall not affect benefits already utilized by members.
Medical Boons Consultancy acts solely as a healthcare membership facilitator and service coordinator.

Collection, use, storage, and protection of personal information are governed by the Carezy Privacy Policy.
Refunds and cancellations shall be governed by the Carezy Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Members are encouraged to review the policy before purchasing membership.
Medical Boons Consultancy may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The latest version published on the official Carezy website shall apply.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
